Booking Policy

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment value is required at the point of booking via our booking system. By booking you are acknowledging the terms of this policy.

  • A minimum of 48hrs notice is required to change the date of your appointment and this can only be done once. Therefore please ensure you select the correct date and time at the point of booking and inform us at the earliest convenience should you need to change this. If you fail to attend your appointment your deposit will be lost and a new booking fee/deposit will apply should you wish to rebook in the future. If your treatment requires a consultation & patch test 24 or 48hrs prior to the treatment date, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to attend a scheduled time. We will remind you that this needs to take place, however if this is not done in time for your treatment your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. We aim to be flexible when providing consultations & patch tests however this is not always possible when there is short notice. If you fail to attend your 4-6 week complimentary top-up or cancel within 48hrs of the appointment, a charge of £90 will apply to rebook. You are only able to reschedule your complimentary 4-6 week top up once before a charge of £90 will be applied to rebook.

    LATENESS

  • Please note that it is your responsability to arrive to your appointment on time. A grace period of 10 minutes lateness is allowed, however if you are later than this we may need to cancel you appointment and reschedule for another date. Please note that you will be charged the deposit amount for this missed appointment and you will need to pay again to rebook. We do not like doing this ,however, many of our appointments are 3 hour slots and back to back, therefore it is at our discretion as to whether we can accommodate a later appointment later on the same day. If you are going to be late we ask that you notify us by email or text as soon as possible.
